Once and for all: best project settings in Vegas!

Hey, I would like to know once and for all, what are the best project settings for an anamorphic widescreen project in Sony Vegas? Also, what are the best settings for a high quality export? Thanks!

I'd assume leaving off the Noise Reduction settings to 0 will help alot if there's an option. Film should look like film hence film grain contains the detail of the picture. If the film in question uses an extremely high amount of DNR, well, look at the NTSC Region 1 DVD Special Edition of DIE HARD: With a Vengeance as to how a film should NOT be encoded.
