Needs a fanedit category.
I know for a fact I'm not the only person on this site.
Categories are:
Love More than the OT (as if but you never know)
Like equally with OT.
-Alexrd
-JediMasterFisher
Not as good as OT but still like them.
-Darth Bizarro (Revenge on par with Jedi)
-Asaki
-pittrek
-TheBoost (minus EP II)
-Put Captain Solo in the Cargo Hold
Below par, but still watchable.
-Puggo - Jar Jar's Yoda
-Monolithium
Good when properly fan edited.
-TV's Frink
-doubleKO (but still below par)
Enjoyed Certain Aspects
-twooffour
-Baronlando
-gobalicious
The "meh" and hate categories are over on this thread. And yes, this thread exists because there is no like category on that thread.

This one. Especially Eps 2 and 3, even though the CGI was atrocious.
Methinks I need to rewatch Ep 1 soon.

That.
I enjoy the TPM and ROTS quite a bit.
I like TPM enough to watch it occasionally, but much less than the OT. The others I like almost as much as the Holiday Special.

Not like them as much as the OT (the two first films at least) but there is still enough in them to make of a case of good/watchable film. Kinda like the like the VS/Millenium series from the Godzilla flicks, that aren't on par with the classic era (54-75) but I still enjoy and watch on a basis.
I think this is the 4th thread with this title.
I like most of the sound/visuals, and some single aspects like certain lines, characters or moments. It's quite a long list of those, actually, but a bunch of single aspects and moments all the same.
All I can say is, I remember thinking and saying that I liked them just as much as the OT, in a time when I was a kid and hadn't yet used my brain on that one.

At least for AOTS and ROTS. TPM must be destroyed. With fire.
Since they're like poetry, what with the rhyming and all, I find that I only need to watch three out of the six films.
I'm writing all of your names down.

"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.
And sending the list to the FBI.

So that they can put their names on the list too. ;-)

Actually... I have a few friends. In Chicago.

Good idea. I showed a friend of mine who hadn't seen the prequels in years a couple of fan edits and he was shocked by how much he found himself enjoying them.

Put me down for the "likes the prequels in proper fanedited form" category.
Updated.
I think I put everyone in correctly.

Fixed. Some fan edits don't really do the job.

K, got it.

Does it count as a fanedit if I like 'em when chapter skipping through them? (they end up about an hour long each)
This is so complicated. I prefer the prequels NOT fan-edited, because they're less boring in their original form and qualify as dark comedies (albeit unintentionally).

I'd say you are fanediting on the fly, but it's not my thread...

I don't know. That might fall under enjoyed certain aspects.

I like the idea of the prequels and certain aspects of what we got, but overall I think they're unsalvageable despite the noble efforts of many fan editors. I could be wrong depending on how BobGarcia, TheCutter, and Adywan's revolutionary edits turn out though. I still hold out hope an edit, comic, novel, or animated film could be made that I can add to my personal Saga. I don't hate them and I respect George for making his vision come to life, even if I think it is very flawed. Overall I treat the prequels like a rogue son. I dislike his choices and lifestyle, respect his decisions nonetheless, but hope he can be reformed.
