yep the two disk set is avilble only tomorrow lolz then its back to GL . The least he could have done is made good covers for the dvds!!! They are like paint splased all over the case's . That really put me off buying them and other fans too

Good riddance to the piles of shit, I say....

I only have them to make the fan preservations I own legal.....and I didn't spend a cent on them. Good job with those Best Buy exclusive tins, George. Some asshole on eBay gave me 30 bucks for that thing....and I sold two of them cuz my sister gave me hers. Paid for all three DVDs!!!

Took a pair of scissors to the SEs and the artwork....

Well they will continue to be available in stores for at least a few more weeks, probably until february. They just stop producing them tommorrow, meaning that the dvds shipped to stores this week will be the last shipment recieved.

I still see the box sets from a couple years ago lying around in several stores. I doubt the current releases will vanish overnight. Unless Lucas sends in the troopers to scoop them up.

If anything, look for used copies at FYEs and other stores after they're possibly recalled.

What Star Wars DVD cash in will Lucas dish out next? Only time will tell, and frankly, I don't give a damn. I bought the 9/12 releases, and those are the only SW DVD's I'll ever have. They could have been a lot more, but I took it and I don't care what DVD release Lucas does next. He and the fanboys can have a fun with whatever new overpriced piece of shit he comes out with next.

Agreed, we'll probably see them in the discount bin at Wal-Mart. I just don't see any business recalling milions of dollars of their product and then trashing them, I think they'd rather just sell it at a discounted price and be done with it.

That "asshole" you speak of at least paid you for them, maybe that person deserves a little more thanks from you than that, don't you think....he DID help you get the set for free??

I do wish I had the limited edition tin. It would match my Superman UCE and Dune UE nicely, neither of which forced me to buy it at a specific store.
