Derp, why didn't I think of that? Thanks, I'll try VirtualBox on the weekend and scan things in then. I could use my camera, but it's always easier to read something that's scanned in. I don't want the flash or poor lighting messing it up, so I'll just wait.

I had no luck with VirtualBox. At least it was already installed, but the silly scanner software wouldn't install. But I finally took pictures today (I rushed them so they're aren't perfect) and here they are:

There are four colours (one for each player): silver, gold, white, and black. The pieces are set up in each of the four corners, like this:

Very cool.  I'll have to have a look at this.  Thanks for posting these.  However, some of the rules are hard for my 31 year-old eyes to read.  Any chance of getting some higher rez versions of the pictures?  :)

Sorry, I guess you're just going to have to get glasses. ;)

I'm too lazy to repost them all, so here's the link to the Flickr page they're on:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/116541968@N03/sets/72157641544199023/

Click on the photos, click on them again, and if you still can't read it, right click and select the size you want to view them in, all the way up to 2048p. If that doesn't do it, then you need to see an optometrist. Maybe I'll repost them when I have nothing to do, but right now that is not the case.

Of course the flickr page is fine.  Thanks for posting them.  I'll read them thoroughly when I can.

FYI, I cannot post without shortening the title because adding the RE: to it makes it too long.  I suggest you shorten the title.

Will do. I noticed the title problem too, but thought that by changing it in my above post I would fix it. I guess I need to edit the first post.

I have a copy of the game. Is it worth anything?

Well, there isn't much of a demand for it, so I doubt you could get much for it.

I don't suppose you want to stick around and play (provided we get enough players)? :D

Thanks for the invite, but no thanks. I was actually cleaning out my game closet (400+ games) trying to decide which ones to get rid of. I forgot I had this one. Haven't played it in forever. But, no time to play these days anyways. :|

Well, I suggest you keep it if you like it since you can't go get another one if you want to play it again. Only five hundred physical copies were ever made, so if you do decide to get rid of it, then put it up on eBay or something. I know there are some members of BoardGeek.org who want it, so depending on your geographical location, you might be able to send it to them. But whatever you decide to do, don't throw it in the garbage. ;)

I might be willing to purchase it if you are interested in selling to someone in AZ

RicOlie_2 - Thanks for the info.

darth_ender - I'll have to think about it. I live in CA so shipping to AZ wouldn't be too bad. Do you have a price in mind?

Author

I honestly don't know what a fair price would be.  What about you?  What do you think?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I played four player chess with some friends (three to be exact) yesterday. But it was just like normal chess except we all had our own set of pieces.

I won.

That is all.

No, it is not the right place to post this, since you weren't playing Nimmar. But whatever.

darth_ender - I think I'll just hold onto the game for now. Good luck in your quest for players.
