New forum suggestion

I recommend adding a new forum called "fan edits" since they're kinda haphazardly going in General SW Discussion or in OT preservation. Furthermore, if some of the existing threads could be moved there by changing the association in the DB, that would be awesome.

Honestly, I don't see the need for the distinction. We could just rename the OTP thread as the Fan Edit thread, since that's essentially what all the projects are.

Or just leave it as is.
