Hi Jay.

Don't know if this is something you've considered, but I've run into problems in the past with trying to PM someone, only to be told by the system that I have too many PMs already, which are in actuality only Forum Notifiers. Is there a way to either wipe out this issue in the new boards, or perhaps to make the system realize the difference between true PMs and Notifiers? Or am I just not realizing something simple?

I can pretty much guarantee you that all the most annoying aspects of this software will be addressed in the application I'm building, though it might take some time to integrate everything.

I looked into this some more. Are you referring to subscription notifications showing up in your PM box? You can turn this off by going to "customize" and changing this option.

If you chooose to receive subscription notifications via PM, they count toward your total just like any other PM. This will likely carry over to the new forum software because a subscription notification takes up space in the database like any other message does.
