Enjoy!
Thumbs up. I love this kind of stuff! :)
Anyone know of similar groups? I'm hunting for other tracks of this genre.
Sci-fi, a Lamborghini Countach, Boba Fett, drinking, sex, 80's electro (not in that order), all together?.....Flips all my buttons.....sold!
That's very good, love 80's electronica and electronic music in general. Here's a band a bit more up to date, who would like to see maybe do a Star Wars experimental soundtrack (don't get confused, Williams is still god :))

The full soundtrack is very good. Plus a track they done called 'Midnight City' which if you see the video, it's like the kids have force powers! Lol
This one for Bladerunner is quite good.

And thinking about Countaches (i'm always thinking about countaches)
The 80's rule. One of my friends actually drove a Countach last year. His verdict? He'd wished he hadn't, and that all his memories of it had remained of that poster he had on his bedroom wall all those years ago. :(
Er, is this thing on?? (taps microphone)
Hearin you loud and clear.
Heard exactly the same story about the Countach (the gear box is awfull, as is the visbilty, and so on). But aint it just sex on wheels?
Dont spoil my wet dreams from the era....
Sex on wheels without doubt. I remember it in The Cannonball Run when Catherine Bach and the other chick were driving it! Hmm.....
sorry, should've put this in earlier
It's this kind of music that I listen to while brainstorming ideas for science fiction.
I want to go live in the 80s. Time machine, please.
The blue elephant in the room.
You may have tapped onto somthing here McFlabbergasty

Try the big blue banner in my signature, I think it's in the same vein as what you're looking for.
I haven't played Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon yet, but I really hope the music in there is something like the track I posted. I've gotten that impression from the game's advertising.

Did you rate M83?
What does that mean?
Just means did you think they were good?
Bill and Tedds adventure was on TV today, not really paying any notice of my what was on....until i noticed this:

Never herd of the song before but It took me back to my old Amiga demo days with the intro, as it really sits well with the video. I watched the rest of whole of that crap movie with facination, just incase i missed anything else.
Song is "Breakaway" by Big Pig if you are unaware. They released two albums at the latter end of the eighties, and although i have sourced that track now, the albums are very hard to find now (same problem with a few things ive been looking for).
I love this kind of music! For anyone who is looking for similar artists, her are a lot of the ones I listen too: Power Glove, Flashworx, Noir Deco, Miami Nights 1984, Com Truise, Futurecop!, Electric Youth, College, Kavinsky, Grum, Anoraak, and Tesla Boy.
Of corse you do. Sounds so much better without being compressed though, as it makes the old sterophnic sound feel like proper stereo then.
Kudos Nien Nunb. Will look em up now.
Here's a great track by Mega Drive
At the OP I ran across this group a while ago ago about 4 months back......
I thought they stood out as a great group ... not on par with lazerhawke but if you like this chrck these.
Com truise
Pertubator
Power Glove
Evil Nine (older stuff mind you there new stuff aint good)
Thought I'd post this. This group are usually ALOT more industrial but its a good bit of electronic music http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PgWkjo0YBI
