proved that one player does not make a team. He was named AL MVP once or even twice while a Ranger and I don't even think they made the playoffs during that run.

The Eagles have more than 1 player, did you forget about Mcnabb? or how about Jevon Kearse? point is without Owens the Eagles have gotten to the NFC championship 3 times in a row I think with Owens they should make it over the top.

How far the Rangers get without A-rod? did they make it to the ALS championship 3 years in row, nope!

The thing I'm worried about is a personality clash. From what I've heard, TO can be a bear to deal with on a personal level. And if that ego conflicts with the dynamic that the team already has, it could make matters worse.
