Eagles: 20 Chargers: 17

The Eagles win on an extremely lucky blocked fieldgoal attempt by the Chargers that the Eagles recovers and returned for a touchdown, and on a questionable fumble recovery on a drive probably would have ended with a chargers fieldgoal to tie the game. The Eagles played lousy today. They did not deserve to win this game. As a result, I will not be playing the Eagle's fight song.

I think its time to give McNabb a rest and start Koy. Clearly, McNabb's injuries have rendered him incapable of playing anywhere near his usual level. He looked terrible out there, yet again

Note to Andy Reid: when you only have 15 seconds left in the half, and you are ten yards away from the endzone, PASS THE BALL INTO THE ENDZONE, that way it is either touchdown or an incomplete pass and the clock will stop. By passing to the five yard line, you allowed the Chargers to tackle the receiver in bounds and the clock ran out. That could have been an easy three points or maybe even sever, but because of your stupid play call, the Eagles nearly lost the game if not for the previously meantioned block fieldgoal. Also, You are forgeting to run the ball. You are passing way too much. In short Andy, GET YOUR HEAR OUT OF YOUR A**!

It was far from a blowout, but the Bears won again!! We are now 3-3 and still tied for first place with Detroit in the NFC North (but we have the tiebreaker in our favor)!!!

Ah yes, the infamous Koy Detmer. Former Colorado Buffalo who was once 2nd on the depth chart behind Kordell Stewart.

I'm not sure what would be better for Philly at this point, but with the Broncos coming off a tough loss to the G-men yesterday, they'll be hungry for a win at home against the one-dimensional Eagles.

I hate to root for the Eagles, but I hope they stomp the shit out of the Broncos. With my Raiders smacking the Bills yesterday, I hope we are climbing the hill and seeing the Broncos fall in those last seconds gave me a tiny ray of hope that we might be able to challenge. (Um..... yeah.................... that's it.)

I think the best thing for the Eagles to do is let Mcnabb get his surgery and hopefully Koy will be good enough to get us to the playoffs. And hopefully once it is playoff time, Mcnabb will be back. Sure Mcnabb might be able to get us a better playoff position, but will an injured Mcnabb be able to lead us back to the Superbowl? I think not. Better to let him have the surgery now so he can be healthy once it is playoff time.

I don't think he'd be back in time for the playoffs if he had surgery now. If this was still the first week of the season, sure. But we're almost halfway through the season. You're talking about surgery, recovery, PT, and getting back up to speed in eight weeks. Won't happen.

then they might as well let him the surgery now. Because without a healthy Mcnabb, there is no way we can make it anywhere near close to the Superbowl. Doesn't matter wheither we play an injured Mcnabb or Koy, we will not make it to the Superbowl.

Whew!!! I can't believe this game turned out to be a blowout in the end. Foxworth intercepting McNabb in the endzone was HUGE and in my mind the play of the game. I just hope Champ Bailey's hamstring will heal over the bye week.

After the first half of the season, I'm very impressed with my Broncos overall, and I think they're the best team in the NFL. They've now beat the Eagles, the Patriots, the Redskins, and the Chargers among others. With arguably one of the toughest schedules in the NFL this year, I'll gladly take a 6-2 record.

The Colts can talk about being undefeated all they want, but they've had such a soft schedule so far, you'd pretty much expect them to be 7-0 after playing such juggernauts as Houston, San Francisco, and Cleveland.

Watch, the Pats will beat them soundly next week in New England.

Chicago is 4-3, solo atop the NFC North, above .500, on a three-game winning streak, and will be playing New Orleans and San Francisco in the next two weeks.

It's good to be a Bears fan.

Oh, and, for the record, the Fudgepackers are 1-6.

T.O has been suspended and will not be in Sundays game.

Story

I agree with the decision. T.O. has opened his mouth way too often. Somthing need to be done. I would have suspended him after he wore the Cowboys jersey. Maybe this will give the Eagles a chance to prove they can play and win without him.

I just don't get it. I have not seen the team play this bad in years. This is terrible. I can't believe we are 4-4. The Eagles will be lucky to have winning season. I'm not even going to watch the monday night game against the Cowgirls. This season sucks.

note to Reid and Mcnabb: get ready to walk the plank.

T.O. WILL NOT BE PLAYING FOR THE eagles ANYMORE. HE'S LIKELY TO GO TO THE PACKERS.
I think every Packers fan in AMERICA would hang themselves at that news.

Packers are a class organization. They wouldn't allow his attitude in the locker room. The moment he started acting up, he'd probably get sat on by Grady Jackson. They traded a star CB in Mike McKenzie because of his attitude.

Besides that, they've already got enough trouble from the 'Rosenhog' clients on the team. They are not stupid enough to get another one.

Also, they've got practically no cap room. They could take his salary.

However, if pigs would fly and TO cleaned up his act, I'm sure they'd find a way to get their hands on him.

I know exactly where he will end up. With the Cowgirls. Dallas is the perfect place for greedy egomaniacs like T.O.

I still can't believe what happened. Where is the Eagles heart? Where is there fire? Where is Reid's brain?
