Menu creator/authoring software for DVD and Blu Ray

Hello

I have a few fan edits that are just in MP4 and mkv format. I’d like to create a decent looking menu for them for when I burn them to DVD or Blu Ray. Does anyone have any suggestions of good software to use? I’d like something a bit more interesting than just a static picture. Free is obviously great but if I have have to pay to get something good I’m ok with that too. Using windows 10.

Thanks for your help.

I’d say Adobe Encore is the best one to use.

I’ve been using the 2010 version of DVD Architect. Works fine on my Windows 10 computer.

I would like to resurrect this thread, as I’m currently looking for a reliable Blu-Ray authoring software and would like to see who has had success with what. There are options on the app store, but looking at reviews, it’s worrisome to throw a fair deal of money on something that could very well not work. I use a Mac so ImgBurn is not an option and there’s no way I’m going back to trying to deal with Encore. I was able to make some successful burns on trial software, but for the price they’re asking to make further burns, there should really be more intuitive menu design options. If anyone could note which programs they have had success with, it would be appreciated.

I don’t think I’ve ever run across a DVD or Blu-Ray authoring software that I’d describe as “intuitive.” Encore was far and away the easiest I’ve ever worked with and it was still a pain in the ass.

Part of the reason I don’t bother with menus or even burning discs at all anymore…
