They did a radio version of the movie City of God? Or are you listening to an english dubbed version of the movie? Or perhaps you know how to speak portuguese?

It was the movie. It was a streaming audio from a fan of 4chan made. It has played Escape from New York, Animaniacs, Azumanga Diaoh, and Excel Saga today. It's all subbed too!!!!!!!!!!!
