Sick, on so many levels... And the fact that people actually download it, makes it even more revolting, turning this freaking tragedy into some sort of freak show to everyone's delight. After watching both "Traces of Death" 1 & 2 and losing 4 nights of sleep, I became against the broadcasting of people dying, unless it's non-graphical and envolving no suffering (like dying on sleep) or under the deceased demands.

I think you mean "Faces of Death". Most of the Faces of Death movies are faked. And I dont know if people have downloaded the beheading video or not. I cant find it anywhere, and I only heard about it from watching msnbc.

Dude you are so liberal. You would rather the basterds who beheaded the guy get away with it. I like George Bushes your either with us or the terrorist policy. Iraq oviously wasn't with us. Such barbaric acts were commenplace when Sadam was in power. He was a genocidal nutcase who should have been taken out in 1991. If it were up to me I would hang him by his balls.

It isn't up to you though, is it? What ric is trying to get @ is that this is clearly retaliation for the torture and humiliation of Iraqi POWs. The most unfortunate thing about this is the choice of target: a civilian. While such barbarism should not be tolerated by either side, what you advocate is genocide.

Dont worry, I wont post a link to the video. And believe me, you dont want to see it! I watched it, and its absolutely brutal!!!

I had to put my hands over my eyes like a little girl! It was real close up and graphic.....I cant get the image out of my head! They butchered him like an animal!

Five days ago we lost a TV reporter in Iraq...
I saw the original theatrical release of the Old Trilogy on the big screen and I'm proud of it...

No, I mean TRACES of death. Look it up on IMDB, it's there. I know "Faces" is phony, but "Traces" has real footage. Too real.

16 years old. Besides I don't think any Iraqi prisoners were ever beheaded. While I am a supporter of the constitution and it being against cruel and unsual punishments what happened with the prisoners was not a big deal because frankly I don't give a damn about some fucking terrorist. My dad actually knew someone who died on September 11th. The American way is you mess with us we shove a bomb up your ass.

That's not the way I grew up learning about. And having been a U.S. Citizen for 13 years longer than you, Jimbo, I would think that I would certainly have come across that one somewhere in my U.S. Citizen Handbook.

I haven't seen the video. Just photos of the before and after. Very friggin' surreal. You just don't really think about how real this sort of thing is. It's like you're stuck in a bad slasher movie. But you can't turn this off.

Some of the bastards pinned him down while the leader slowly sawed his head off with a small knife, and the whole time they were laughing and chanting "allah akbar". Then the leader held the head up for the camera. Very sickening!!

.. I never thought I would say this, but I think Jimbo is right.. sort of.

I mean it isn't like he said "Kill all Muslims"... or all "Arabs" he specifically said "terrorists"
And that is what this war is about. They attacked us four* times before we did anything, and I think it is justifed that we blow the crap out of them.

ricarleite, I don't know why they want to destroy America. Maybe they are juctified in being angry at us for some reason. The point is, it doesn't matter. There is no justification for murder and thats what they did, they murdered people. For that, they deserve punishment. Whatever their problems with American are, surely a more peacefull solution could have been found. As I said before 2 wrongs do not make a right.
