Looking for a partner to help get some preservations, edits released

Hi all. Apologies if this is in the wrong forum area. I have several ongoing preservation and fan edit projects in varying stages of production and have the editing and sound work mostly a lock, but really want to do a nice professional quality menu and disk art to send with when finally posted ... but don't really have the time/resources to complete. Teamblu's just set the bar so high! :)

Soon to be completed are:

Exorcist (99% completed)
Essentially the new director's cut, losing all the unnecessary CG additions and some of the over-the-top new sound effects and music cue additions (airplane flyover at beginning, Spider-Walk, Regan morph and a few others). The final edit is in full HD 1080P (didn't even have to re-encode the video) and DTS HD-MA 6.1 Matrix.

Re-Animator Unrated and Integral Editions NOT AVAILABLE IN U.S. (100% completed)

In short, the German release had beautiful remastered HD picture quality but some rather annoying film scratches that weren't cleaned up throughout the first 10 - 15 minutes of the film. The UK release mostly fixed these issues, but had some pretty bad compression artifacts in their place in some shots. My release is technically a best of both, utilizing the cleaned up shots without artifacts and relying on the German transfer for a good majority of the film. This goes for both unrated and integral editions. Also has the restored opening scene that was missing a bit of footage on both the original UK and German releases (provided from the Bride of Re-Animator disk).

Both versions are high bitrate re-encodes in Adobe with the DTS HD-MA tracks and include ALL the extras from each release.

Superman II (95% completed)

My much talked about edits of the Theatrical cut and Richard Donner cut are very close to being completed (have a few more minor tweaks I've decided upon). There's a full thread on these already so not going to go into further details here, except to say that these are high bitrate re-encodes via Ripbot with the 5.1 DTS HD-MA tracks.

Saw I - III Director's Cuts (No work completed yet, but won't take long to do)

Finally obtained the French releases featuring the Director's Cuts in 6.1 sound and will be transferring to new disks with their various extras.

Trainspotting Director's Cut (No work completed yet)

Planning to take the superior US video and splice in the "unrated" bits exclusive to the Japanese release. Will be released in DTS-HD MA.

Akira (No work completed yet)

The new 2014 release video and the 24-bit audio from the 2011 release (and any other tracks that may be unique to either release).

So far, I've learned to make a rudimentary menu for each using Multiavchd, but would prefer to do something much more professional looking.

I'm looking for a menu guy and/or someone who can do disk art for the blu-ray case and the disk itself. Don't really have a lot of money to outright hire someone but anyone interested in helping me out will get a BD-50 containing whatever project they assist me with.

I'm really putting a lot of time and effort into my projects to create something that looks professionally done, and don't want the menus and cover art to be where these fall short. Anyone who can help or point me in the direction of anyone who may be interested in helping would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all! Planning to upload any completed projects to HD-torrents and/or myspleen.

What you mean this one:

People can already buy it, how does it qualify for a "fanedit" release or preservation?

For these, I would consider them loosely as preservations as they're not available in the U.S. without having access to a region free Blu-Ray player. Of course, if this puts me in violation of some forum rule I wasn't aware of I simply won't offer these up.

Well not to burst your bubble, but I can see a torrent that has the exact disc (French Saw III dir cut) full BD, and I can see other torrents that have the Dir Cuts for the first two films as well, full BD rips. So if nothing else, it would just be redundant. Preservation refers to something that's not available at all at retail, not something that is available but inconvenient due to region coding, etc. I'm certainly not saying you can't share them, I fully believe in filesharing, just that I don't think they qualify as "preservations".

Cool. Yeah, I'm a bit undecided as to whether or not to share on these, although I will be doing my own NTSC, English friendly version. :)
