Hi,
Im trying to find a program that can do the following:
- Encode a video file's audio stream with FLAC
- Splice a video file using Key (I) Frames without changing the bite rates (bit perfect)
- Input and Output the file the same as the source without changing the bit rates, or having to be forced to change the container or file type
- Compatible with Windows (7)
The program doesn't have to be freeware, as long as its good (does what I listed above).
