Seasons 2-5 are probably the best, as are the six extra episodes of season one that weren't made in our dimension. Seasons 6-7 were ok, but they were pretty lacking. 8 and 9 were crap, sort of fizzled out near the end. Although the climax episode directed by Jonathan Frakes was great.

Huh?

There are fourteen episodes of Firefly that were made here, before it got cancelled. And there are 20 episodes of Firefly in the other dimension, therefore, six episodes made there that weren't made here.

In that dimension, people in the movie and Television business make opposite decisions to what they do here. So, Firefly didn't get aired in the wrong order and thus, didn't get cancelled. Return of the Jedi was the best film of the STAR WARS trilogy, and the prequels were way better than the originals, in terms of acting, direction, sets, plots. etc.

But then again, Doctor Who is a teenage angsty mess over there, so it's not all good stuff. And Arnie is considered a Shakespearean actor.

So, is Ric absolutely hideous over there?

Yes he does. AND he's in all three movies. Although I will admit I teared up when he was killed off in Episode 3. VERY dramatic moment...

The American version of Red Dwarf is absolute ball-bag.

I do prefer Red Dwarf, though, both visually and bookally. I like Adams' style, but I felt like he was trying way too hard to be weird at some points, especially in later books.
