That one song by "New Radicals."
I've always hated that song. And the band. And that singers stupid hat. But mainly it's the childlike obsession with being "real" not "fake" that grates on me.

I just finished listening to Digital Bath by the Deftones.
The Four Horsemen, by Metallica.
What an awesome combination of unbridled enthusiasm and masterful technical brilliance! This description applies to all their albums with Cliff Burton, especially.

Huh, I didn't realize that. Child of the 80's fail for me. :-(
Completely agree about Metallica. The albums with Cliff are truly the best, and the Justice album was the last one that was any good. Mainly because part of the lyrics and some music were Cliff's! Rasmussen did his best engineering ever on that record.
Speaking of old school, my playlist just shuffled to March of the S.O.D. by S.O.D.
Homeward Bound - Simon & Garfunkel
"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas
