Do you ever show your scripts to anyone? You can’t create in a vacuum. I personally find bad movies educational in that they instruct on what not to do.
From your description, Ted The Caver could be the next Manos: The Hands of Fate, or The Room. A cinematic trainwreck one can’t look away from.

The first scripts I ever wrote were for a blatant Friday the 13th ripoff featuring a hockey masked Jason knockoff and an Evil Dead sequel which that was an uninspired Evil Dead II rehash. I like to think I’ve improved as a writer since then.

The filmmaker told us that there is a version available to stream on Amazon that was cut by… someone (it was a long story involving Fangoria), and that my class screening was of the rare director’s cut that I guess only he has.

Very funny, just what i needed. never gonna purchase it, but certainly a good laugh film.
