About 2/3 of Game Night (2018)

In-flight movie that I didn’t finish because it was a short flight, but I had some fun.

I was on a plane the other day and it seemed like 70% of the passengers were watching this movie.

I however, had already seen it, so I watched You’ve Got Mail instead.

I think most of my plane was watching Red Sparrow or something.

Um… Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, Nora Ephron, and AOL aren’t good enough reasons?

Now I’m not sure you’ve actually seen the movie. I can see how you would look at the poster and think it’s a good movie. Actual movie says otherwise.

I didn’t say if I enjoyed it, I just said why I watched it.

And it was okay-ish.

The Great Silence – Finally on Blu-ray. Finally in anamorphic widescreen. I’ve waited for this for a long time.

Game night is a good flick. Saw it in theaters with a friend on a whim when it came out. It was fun, finish it sometime.

I’m pretty sure Frink has made fun of me for liking this film as well.

I give it Four Ricks out of Five

some of the cgi seemed low quality, but it was a great movie, i would have even given it 4.25 / 5

Snowpiercer is great fun.

And I’ll make fun of anyone who likes You’ve Got Mail.

Hereditary. It fucking ruled. Exactly my kind of contemporary horror flick.

You didn’t like the original Superman, but went on to watch all of the sequels?

It was a series in due need of a revisit. I’d never watched the Donner cut of Superman II before, either.

The Donner cut was better — up until the end. I would’ve given it 6/10 if it wasn’t for that stupid ending.

wait, so could a very kind superman fan explain to stupid old me the different cuts available for the movies and all that?

Superman: The Movie (1978)
– Theatrical Cut
– Extended TV Cut adds about another hour or so to the movie.
– Directors Cut adds some scenes from the TV cut, but leaves most of it out.

Superman II (1980)
– Theatrical Cut/Lester Cut
Richard Donner Cut

Then Superman III and Superman IV are… ignored.
