There are several ways to make sure you are posting something that everyone will be able to see.  I pretty much came out and described one of them, and you still don't get it.  Not to mention neither I nor C3PX were even talking about hotlinking in that quote.

Wrong. I only act this way when it's true (i.e. when I have all reasons to conclude that, and it keeps reaffirming itself again and again) - and a situation where I obviously lack knowledge about how hotlinking works, is obviously not included... hence me ASKING QUESTIONS on this subjects.

And no, you didn't describe anything. First you said "don't think it depends on countries, not sure, whatever", then you said I needed the gifs (or some of them) in my cache in order to see them on my screen.

I'm pretty sure you thought it though... so thanks for the help, I'll be finding out anyway.

I told you about your cache and how it relates to hotlinking.  If you think just a little bit, you'll realize you also now have a way to check and make sure you don't have these problems hotlinking.

So, somehow, I could see it there, but you can't. Still a cache problem? You said something about gifs "expiring" and "renewing", is that in any way related?
