Thank you for your sarcastic remark. ;-) Yes I downloaded SW4 illegally. BUT SHOW ME WHERE TO BUY THE NON-SPECIAL EDITION DVD of Star Wars 4??? I'll gladly pay for it. Your answer to "pay for DVDs" is not even an option! :-(

Also, I find it ironic that you're criticizing me about "piracy" when this site supports downloads of the Laserdisc Rips. Hypocritical much?

Troy, take it easy. He's trying to protect his site. LFL is a bit more concerned about piracy of the official DVDs than he is about the laserdiscs.....for now.

If you won't respect Jay's wishes on his site, then you should go elsewhere.

I'm sure we have all paid for the OT at some point. I for one have legally purchased 3 official releases on VHS. I consider my LD rips backup copies of my VHS.

I think he'd thought you were referring to a download of the official DVDs, as you reffered to it as Episode 4 or something like that, which very few people here do unless the discussion is about the SE's.

Point is, he thought you meant you had bootlegged the SE DVDs. I too consider my laserdisc rips backups of my VHS editions.

Sorry. You referenced only DVD rips in your post, not DVD rips from an LD backup. That's no big deal.
