Info Wanted: What all Fan edits are available for DL and Where?

Haven’t had too much luck with getting the many fan edits that I’d like to have. I was wondering if anyone knew where we could find them for DL, preferrably on t0rrents site as I have no luck with usenet or ICQ.

I'm reading the topic as - DL = Download as it does read as "are available FOR DL" not on.

Hopefully sega's a.b.fanedits group will be allowed into the newsgroups and we will have a new outlet for all of the goodness that our editors have created. Can't wait!
