Looks like the Malaysian VCDs to me.

Actually, on second thought, only the first one does.

No way it's the Malaysian VCDs... Looks like one of the earlier HK bootlegs to me. Maybe it's the LOOK version?

Yeah the Look set is not good.

Forgot to mention, that whilst I was in Shanghai recently I saw a Star Wars box set of all 6 films with some Grevous artwork on the front. I wonder how long it will be before Lucas does a box set.
