Info Wanted: What Is The Best Looking Fan Edit/Preservation That Includes John Williams Revised Musical Ending?

Ok, so my question is a little more complicated than that. I’m looking for the best version of the trilogy that remains unaltered in every way except:

1. Cleaned up special FX

2. John Williams Victory Celebration musical cue with Sebastian Shaw as Anakin’s Ghost

These are the only changes I actually liked in any of the “special editions”. From my research, my best bet would be the TB digital broadcast transfers of the 1997 Special Edition of Return of the Jedi. So far, I’ve been searching for years and have only come across a laserdisc transfer, but it dawned on me that there might be another fan edit or something out there that has these 2 things in it and it might be much easier to find. Would appreciate any help in this matter.

Nitpick: The 97SE only features some "Cleaned up special FX". It was half-assed; e.g., one shot will feature matte outline reduction and the following shot will have surprisingly-visible matte outlines.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Post 102 is worth more.
