Info Wanted: Trades & B and P's

I used to trade taped concerts on cassette and CD-R via e-mail lists and one of the best ways to distribute through the community was via trades or blanks & postage offers, versus the internet transmission used most often here. B & P’s were particularly useful in getting shows out early.

I was wondering, is there a forum for DVD-R trading, and would b & p offers be out of line on this board?

Here is a little information on b & p’s for those not familiar:

B & P Info

Thanks.

No need for B&P here...
Something about 6 months ago, a guy (ADigitalMan) came up with the pif idea (pay it forward).
Looking at some previous threads you can find out what this means.
Anyway, we try to avoid conversation about trades here, usually it is done via private messages.
So, If you wish, send me a pm and we'll work something out
And now, for your feature presentation:
The Classic Re-re-re-release of Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back.
In this version the word "WOOKIE" has been changed to "HAIR CHALLENGED ANIMAL" and the entire cast has been digitally replaced by Ewoks.

The idea of paying it forward has been around this board a lot longer than just 6 months ago. In fact way back in the day the only way to get a copy of the OT on this board was to shell out money to the few people on this board who had copies. That’s right…actual money!

The first person to offer to give free copies as long as you pay it forward was Rikter. I think that was in early '04 sometime. He bought copies of the OT from those who had it and for the price of a blank DVD he would give you a copy of it. Lets give credit where credit is due.

Thus concludes the originaltrilogy.com history lesson for the day.
