Id have given my right arm for a tunafish sandwich today, thought id picked up a bacon and egg sandwich but it turned out to be egg and tomato....

No, I made this point earlier, it's a bad thread title. If you read the OP, the question is really "could ADYWAN re-edit the prequels."
The answer is obviously "yes," and so the thread has no purpose at this point other than to showcase pictures of sea-life related disguises.

Practical effects, like the kind Adywan is good at, would go a long way to giving the PT the same feel.

We have enough prequel edits. I doubt he could do much more. Plus even if he did, we’d all be elderly by the time he finished.

Adywan has an eye for narrative as well as particular set of skills. But he said he isn’t going to. However if a set of films really needed fixing it’s every Star Wars film after Empire. I hope someone does big shake up edit of these. The nearest complete edit for me was Blackened Mantle by shaking up the script… Most of what’s wrong with star wars could have been fixed with a pen.

There is an obi- wan edit being developed at the moment by a guy called pixel joker ( check out the trailer on YouTube) it’s called kenobi trials of the master and looks really professional, the cgi actually looks better by this guy 😂
So if anyone was to revisited the prequel trilogy, I reckon pixel joker is the man for the job.
But we will see.

His work looks very promising. Although he said he isn’t planning on doing another edit until he is able to take a break with his family for a while.

I think that the closest thing to “the prequels revisited” would be Snooker’s edits, as those really feel more in line with the tone of the original trilogy (From what I can see)
Nonetheless, it seems that she has been quite busy; since her AOTC (That looks fantastic) has ben a WIP for a time

Of the edits that have actually been released, Dazman’s TPM Improved edition is probably the most impressive effort to give one of the prequels an Adywan style makeover. He makes some major story changes which I completely disagree with, but the actual VFX work in updating the lightsabers and fixing some of the goofs is great.
