Info Wanted: 'Night Watch' - has anyone done an edit of this?

Anyone working on a Russian cut of this film? Or an extender version would be great too!

There was talk of this on "the other site" and someone posted some deleted scenes.

I'm curious where they go with this since from what I understand some plot threads (and a character) that figure into later movies was removed from the International version.

But I ALSO understand from people that have seen both versions that the original Russian version was inferior to the recut release.

I have both Russian and International versions and agree that the Russian version is inferior. The English Subtitles on the Russian version are really badly translated. IMO get the International version with the subtitles that interact with the actions on the screen.

Lol, it was me who posted those deleted scenes. Got them from some Russian site, but never understood what those scenes were about, since my Russian is zero. :-)

Never heard anything again about some Night Watch extended edition.

What, no Night Watch T-Hope edition in the works? I haven't seen the Russian cut, but would be interested in it. I did find some on e-bay, but have to say that I'm most interested in a hybrid of the two with the excised character. Maybe I'll look into it.

Nope, I'm not interested in editing this movie. I first have to finish my Terminator stuff, plus I know someone is very looking forward to my Matrix Reloaded extended edition.
