Info Wanted: Has anyone heard of or done an edit of Bates Motel?

I think Bates Motel would benefit from a series to movie edit. There is a ton of filler and repeating itself. I was wondering if anyone has attempted this yet?

I think this is an awesome idea. It could be a prologue to Psycho and there is a lot if crossover that can be utilized. I would live to help with this if I may.
