What was extended about the Sir Cadogan scene? "Yeah, we'll call on you... if we need someone mental." line by Ron is in the theatrical film. Same thing with the bird running into the whomping willow, both those "deleted scenes" on disc 2 already are in the film, aren't they?
They could have put the Ron and Hermione telling Harry about Hogsmead scene in or did that require some effect to be added which wasn't?

I don't believe Sir Cadagon made the theatrical cut of the movie.

The sir cadogan scene wasn't in the theatrical cut and the bird scene on disc 2 is slightly extended as the theatrical cut doesn't feature Hagrid swatting at the bird, the scene in the great hall wasn't finished, in the script Harry was meant to have smoke coming from his ears after eating the candy.

Well I saw the Sir Cadogan scene inserted into the ABC family airing last Sunday. Since the great hall scene was not inserted, I assumed this was not the extended tv cut. Besides it said at the beginning the usual "This film has been modified to fit your screen and edited for time."

Take back the trilogy. Execute Order '77

Has anyone spotted a scrap of footage additional to the ABC cut of Chamber of Secrets that's more than the deleted scenes on the DVD?

I ask because I realize building my edit that I'm using a list of DVD deleted scenes as my guide. Is there anything else I should be looking for?

I thought Hagrid said something extra beyond the hidden deleted scene on the subway on the Philosopher's (Sorcerer's) Stone extended version. He was telling Harry about how he wanted a dragon for a pet and someone else on the train overheard and gave a strange glance. I could be wrong but I thought Hagrid then said in the ABC cut "Well, what are you looking at? to the woman."
