Info Wanted: Full Metal Jacket - Bonus Stuff?

I’m currently working on a bonus disc for Full Metal Jacket. Does anybody know, if there is a making of or other featurettes like interviews out there? I don’t care if it’s from TV, LD or VHS, just tell me if you know something.

What do you have? Kubrick's films tend to go without much in the way of behind the scenes footage, but maybe there was stuff on TV. There's some behind the scenes footage and interviews featured in the Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures documentary, but you probably already knew that.

I got the trailer from the DVD and A Life in Pictures.
But I can't believe, that there is no promotional material when it was released in cinema.
