Info Wanted: 'Blood In Blood Out - Bound By Honor'... Does an HD broadcast exist?

Topic is in the title. I’ve never seen it in HD, and the DVD is OOP as far as I know.

Guess no one knows. I find that to be a shame, since there doesn't seem to be a blu ray release at all in the near future.

Can't find any info on an HDTV broadcast but I did a link where someone is offering what they claim is an upscaled 720p version...
