hey vaderios, could you do a mock up of Luke beating on Jabba's goones on the sail barge. Maybe so burn marks from Luke's saber. That would be great.
ChainsawAsh said:The only problem with that is that the Jango costume is radically different from Boba's ESB or ROTJ costumes (which, themselves, have more than a few differences).
Thats why is dark ;) Besides Vader has the most changing suits during the episodes. Why for boba is to strange?

How about a Magic trick? :)

vaderios said:As Bingowings said: Some storyboard of the possibly Mr Boba's insert to Rebellion's fate.
First Shot: A ship is approaching fast a fleet (rebels) that is gathering/ or some ships whatever. It enters into a hangar.
Second Shot. We see it landing. Dark hangar. The door is open and some light fills the place. We see someone ( boba) walks down of the ship and meet some ppl.
Third shot. Behind of boba) to walk.
Fourth Shot: We see some rebels ( in the pic are random) They talk
Fifth shot: Mr B gives the plans to the rebels. A payment agreement.
Final Shot: Out of the hangar camera. We see B's ship take off and Fly to the camera.

Here's my go, now the nod that Fett gives Boussh and the line, "I hope it's worth the price we paid for it" have different meanings.
The Rebels hire Fett to find the location and Fett get's it straight out of the Sith Lord's mouth (two paychecks for one job just like in ESB).
I like the aproach! But im concerned if its too busy. I mean First is dificult to made and secondly this subplot is better to have mystery. Besides Mr B is just a bounty hunter. It has to do the job quickly and silent.
Why he is talking to Mr vader?

Vader is a client he spent some time talking to and even haggling with Vader in ESB.
In ESB he found the Falcon for Vader and Han for Jabba in one job.
Here he finds the Death Star location for the Rebels and sets up Palpatine and the Rebels for Vader (Palpatine doesn't mind because he is overly confident that his fully armed and operational battlestation will rid him of the Rebels and his new apprentice will rid him of Vader).
Fett gets paid twice for the same job yet again.
I took the liberty of pinching your Slave One interior, I hope you don't mind but if I am to pinch I thought it ok to pinch from the best.
Ah! Now i got it.
Using my mockups? You are free to use any methods are nessesary :D no problem from me

Maybe it's the antibiotics and painkillers going through me to numb my crazy toothache, but I don't get why do you say Ackbar gets shafted.

Because the location information is bait, Vader and Palpatine will trap them with the fleet, the troops on the moon and the Death Star.
For Vader he gets the Rebels and Palpatine out of his way and Luke for an apprentice.
For Palpatine he gets the Rebels and Vader out of his way and Luke for an apprentice.
Neither of them have factored in Luke not turning, the Ewoks being an effective fighting force and Lando being a clever tactician.
Or long story short "It's a trap!"
But Fett is richer and lives to hunt another day.
Evil!
the whole fett thing will make an awesome special feature on ROTJ:R, even if ady doesnt decide to use it. do any of those 501st guys that vaderios contacted have fett costumes?
isnt it time we renamed this thread?
I take it back. He is not Evil.
IT is evil, This lightsaber is pain in the ass to fix it ( if you can call it a fix)

This has become more of a ROTJ wishlist now because ESB:R is nearer to being a reality but renaming it would be a job for teharri besides there are still some good ESB ideas on here which ESB editors including Adywan might still want to use.
As for filming the extra elements it's possible, just look what the team behind Return Of Pink Five managed to do and that was all from scratch (not a fan edit) :

It looks like a massive job because not only does the blade need to be re-done, the background needs to be restored too and it's too thick on even the OUT version which possibly means that has to be done by hand too (that's every frame that has a lightsabre in it, a massive project all in itself unless Adywan has some mystical energy field up his sleeve).
Thanks for laying it out up there, Bingo. :p It would make a very cool scene and makes sense, too.
This reminds me. Is Ady gonna put new skies in for Tatooine like he did in ANH:R?
Nothing usefull, just I liked the process :)

That adds a lot more grandeur to old prune face's entrance, I would still like to see him have a fancier shuttle than Vader's.
The other real problem is the docking bay that Vader lands in is clearly meant to be a different smaller one and the mattes help with that but the set elements look exactly the same.
Why'd you change the shuttle element? I think the original one looks better.
My outlook on life - we’re all on the Hindenburg anyway…no point fighting over the window seat.
Ziz said:Why'd you change the shuttle element? I think the original one looks better.
I imagine it's because of perspective, the scene seems to have been shifted slightly further over to the side to take in the gantry which would mean the original element wouldn't match up with the new vanishing point.
darthmunky said:This reminds me. Is Ady gonna put new skies in for Tatooine like he did in ANH:R?
I hope so. Everything looks bright and colorful-...just like the PT!
The backgrounds need to be desaturated a bit...those vey blue skies and red sand dunes...it would probably help to get rid of any clouds in the background too.
I ALSO hope Ady will look at the endor forest. The greens seem to be all over the place. From scene to scene and from shot to shot.

I really like these ideas! The two hangers we are shown in ROTJ should definantly look different.

It seemed a bit odd in the original landing bay that droids were on parade too.
You'd think that they would tuck them away for the arrival of the bossman.
Ziz said:Why'd you change the shuttle element? I think the original one looks better.
I Like more the shuttle from the SE vader's scene. Because it looks more decent and it has some characteristics that adds a bit more realism like shadows/reflections etc etc.
Note that i didn't fix all the matte problems :P

i would like to see mas ademma, ie blue dude who accompanies palpatine from PT in ROTJ. if anything he would be a nice visual link. some of the advisors from ROTJ could also be moved to PT aswell for the same reason.
i heard someone describe leia as 'the last daughter of alderaan'. could be as interesting term for jabba to use when he seizes her as a slave.
