The VHS, LD, and first DVD editions of Ace Ventura Pet Detective has this scene that wasn’t in the theatrical release. Subsequent DVD and Blu-Ray releases are the theatrical cut.

Older VHS and LD releases of The Santa Clause has this scene that was ultimately cut from later releases.

The BBC aired the uncut version of The Santa Clause a few years back and apparently the unedited version is on Amazon Prime. Neither count as a DVD/Blu-ray release but just letting people know of the availability.

If the scene was realsed on DVD then it wouldn’t count.

Understood. I was only mentioning it because the current editions don’t have it.

It says 1 minute. That’s a gross understatement. I don’t remember how much difference it is but it’s probably closer to 10-13

The tape listed is 153 min and the original film is 113 min. But you did say extra footage is 10-13 min long so what’s the other 30 minutes?

Where do you see 153 minutes?

LASERDISC
Make Mine Music (1946) SF078-0110 - In the “All the Cats Join In” segment for the DVD release, a scene was edited to remove a “side breast” from the girl as she gets dressed. Originally, she was seen from behind and the side, and the swell of her breasts was drawn, but in the edited version, she is implied to be flat-chested.
Melody Time (1948) SF078-1214 - The later VHS and DVD releases were both cut and censored in the Pecos Bill segment.

Make Mine Music The UK PAL release DVD although it has the edited “All the Cats Join In” segment; has the full segment of “The Martins and the Coys” which was completely censored from the US/Canadian release of the DVD. The “Martins and the Coys” segment is also on the Japanese released LaserDisc of this title which has the unedited version of the “All the Cats Join In” segment.

Melody Time The UK PAL DVD of this title has the uncut and uncensored version of the “Pecos Bill” segment.

More than likely the Australian PAL DVDs of the these two titles also are the same versions as the UK DVDs.

I own copies of the two above mentioned UK PAL DVDs and at one time owned a copy of the Japanese LaserDisc of Make Mine Music.

The US theatrical cut of “Yellow Submarine” has not been released in a digital format. It appears on VHS and LD only.

https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=1064

I think this says the Theatrical Cut was released on a German DVD.
https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=1064

No, that is just the same version released everywhere since 1999. It matches the UK version of the film as it premiered. Upon international release, the film was shortened, with some alternate footage during the final battle. That was the widely available version of the film before the 1999 restoration released on dvd at the time.

OK, added.

The entry for Yellow Submarine is not exactly accurate. The theatrical version featured a short excerpt from the song “Baby You’re a Rich Man” and a battle with Blue Meanies, whereus the DVD version features an entire song “Hey Bulldog” which is missing from the theatrical version.

The old German VHS of „Nightmare on Elm Street“ contained the Unrated Version with some extended footage of Tina‘s death (blood splashing when she falls from the ceiling and an additional shot of her body).

The German VHS of Hitchcock‘s „Psycho“ also had some alternate/additional material: A shot where Marion takes off her bra, alternate footage of Norman‘s bloody hands after he cleaned up the mess in the bathroom and Arbogast is stabbed three or four times instead of just once. It also has an alternate shot of Sam‘s letter to Marion where the text is written in German.
Unfortunately the shower scene is cut in these German tapes, only old TV-airings included the full uncut version.

Now this uncut version is available (only) in Germany on Blu-Ray.

Unless I’m wrong that’s included in a documentary not the film itself.

I’d like to know which laserdisc release actually contains this footage.

I’ll add it.

Need to look more into this

Not sure about the E.T. deleted scene I thought it was only available on laserdisc…?

I think one of the Jaws laserdisc simply has the unaltered day for night opening and the unique cut to Quints tacklebox.

Aeon Flux simply had some small auidio parts changed from it’s original broadcast on the Dvd. It premiered on MTV.

The fully uncut version of Basic Instinct 2 was never released anywhere. Before the film’s release, some of those scenes leaked on the internet in bad quality but the scenes were never integrated into the film in any way. You can find the scenes online on +18 platforms such as Pornotube, Pornohub, etc.
