I have a large vintage star wars collection. Some of my stuff I bought graded but a lot of it isn’t.  Is it worth getting the better stuff graded?  Has anyone here ever done it?  I’d be worried about damaging my stuff in transit before it’s graded.

Howdy. Am new, but your post caught my eye because what I understand is the grading isn't really worth the bother ... unless you have some "unobtainables" in your mint collection.
I don't know why, but a lot of collectors don't care about grading. All I know is whenever I look at the grading system it makes me laugh. Anyway, for what it is worth. I've been collecting since my Early Bird package arrived in the mail and have never quit!
