In games D-pad or Analog what do you like better?

I agree totally here, its only too bad that it hasn't had any substantial third-party support for the last three or so years.

It maybe just me but I don't like buying third party controllers thats why the only wireless controller I had was for the game cube.

I agree. Most third-party companies try to add their own spin to the controller's design, and they usually end up losing everything good about the original design in the process.
