In 2024, what's the most "pure" version of Disney movies?

There was another topic here, but that was from a decade ago and it listed things like the “DoctorM Restorations” (which I can’t seem to find online). And some of its info seemed outdated–for example Cinderella apparently got a 4K release that has an actually good restoration now, though I want to hear everyone’s thoughts on that before I take the plunge.

I’m personally most interested in the animated films from before 2000.
