As wonderful as James Earl Jones is, I grew up with the German voice (Heinz Petruo) who did an amazing job as all of the voice actors did in the SW films. Unfortunately, Petruo died in 2001 and therefore wasn't available to dub the infamous "alert my star destroyer"-scene which were dubbed by another voice actor. So, all the fans of the English version can feel lucky to still have James Ear Jones. ;-)

the german vader voice just rocks, that's the only gripe about revisited that i have to watch the OT in english when i have grown way to accustomed to the nuances of the german voices (who did such an amazing job, Hans-Georg Panczak just gives Mark Hamil much needed credibility, when i first watched SW in english i was surprised how whiny luke was

Star Wars Revisited in other languages (especially german) are still not available yet?

I’m new to the forum, so big hello to all here.

Since I’m from Germany and I’m a fan of AdyWans Episode IV Revisited I’m eager to get my hands on a fitting German 5.1 Audio Mix. So, any news on that in the first place and more important…

… I would offer my help in creating a Version based of course on the DVD-9 of Adywan’s English Mix.

Since ESB:R will hopefully finally be released this year the next project would already be on the horizon.

Maybe it would even be best to contact Adywan himself if he’s available for providing his basic sound mix files? Wort a try in my opinion.

Wow, amazing job! It’s an idea that has been in my mind for a lot of time, because I’m italian and I love the italian dub. I would really like trying to make an italian revisited, but I need to improve my skills; I read there’s a tutorial, could someone link me the topic please? Because I could’n find it in the How-To’s section.

nein, leider nicht, aber ich denke, wenn es ANH:R HD gibt, werde ich mich zumindest ans Werk machen, evtl. schon früher!

super.welche tonspur wird verwendet?gout?special edition?oder kombi aus beidem um fehlende dialoge zurück zu bringen?
der kryat ruf sollte aus der gout sein.
