Idea: an Ultimate Dragonball Z Series?

With the multiple versions of Dragonball Z out already with the Dragon Box sets and Dragonball Kai (renamed Dragonball Z Kai) coming out, would it be feasible to make an ultimate version of the series?

Kai added some new animation and fixed some color errors. However, it cut all the filler and used the widescreen format that original season box sets used, which cut a lot of animation out. However, Kai is in HD. I was wondering if it would be possible to add the new footage back to the original 3 by 4 ratio.

It would be one hell of a task, but it would result in the most complete version of the show.

The Japanese BluRays are open matted into the original 4:3 ratio.

I think I was kind-of doing the opposite of this at one point.  I have one episode of DBK completed where almost all the footage came from the Dragon Box.  (ep.3; it's obvious when you see Goku fall back after getting blasted through the chest by Piccolo.  in DBK, he has a burn mark, instead of the gaping hole he has in DBZ.  the AVI I have, he has the gaping hole.)

So, the Japanese Blu Rays are 4:3 of Kai? I didn't know that. However, Kai is edited, which I don't like. Combining the footage from all the sources, creating a master version of each episode would be the best way to do it.
