I need a bonus material DVD cover, which matches the FACES THX set and has:

making of star wars
SPFX: Empire strikes back
Classic creatures:ROTJ
Lucas flim archives
(OVER 4 HOURS OF DOCUMENTARY FOOTAGE)

3 DELETED SCENES!
Including:
Extended Cantina Scene
Luke and Biggs scene
Orginal Luke Introduction Scene

I was wondering if someone with photoshop skill could do this cover-It'll match nicely with the faces set.
