They used to have open registration on Fridays.
I don't know if they still have that because I don't pay attention to the main screen. I just log in.

OPEN REGISTRATION HAS CHANGED. THEY ARE NOW DOING A ONE TIME A MONTH THREE DAY PERIOD OF OPEN REGISTRATION.
