You need to create a playlist so that when you create an ISO/BDMV Structure there are titles which will play in a set order - research it
Hi I want to mux multiple files into an iso using tsmuxer and then burn to blu ray that way they play in order (The ot.com logo card, another logo card, and them a fan project), but when I tried to do it, it only let me play the first file, and didn’t continue to the other two. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

And that person is me, sorry about that.
Is it possible that that I could do this in tsmuxer?

A very rudimentary way to do it can be done in DVDFab, I’m not sure about Tsmuxer. You can also do it in Nero, Toast Titanium, and BDRebuilder
Right but doesn’t that also re-encode the video too?

I have a similar thing that I am looking to do. Is it possible to take multiple dvd iso’s and mux them into a larger blu-ray iso, or is that too complicated to pull off?

MultiAVCHD works well for me:

It works best if the source media is already packed up into separate BDMV folders - you then drag and drop them into the media list, and ‘merge’ to create a combined playlist.
It isn’t quite seamless (which shouldn’t matter in your case anyway), but it won’t re-encode unless you want it to.
Let me know if you need any more pointers on this - I’ve been burning discs like this for years, but now that I’m using 4K more I’m forced to used much clunkier player/media server playlists, which is a shame.
