Higher quality version of Behind the Scenes of the SE 1997?

Hey,
is there a higher quality version of ,Behind the Scenes" of the Special Edition 1997?
Because through the YT compression it loses quality.
And the file i found in a archive was a YT rip.

Are there any preservations of the german subtitles?
Btw. i don’t even know if there were subs in the german release.
I can’t check if it’s on my VHS tape.
