What, you've got one of the Death Star surface chunks? Knowing you I'd make such wild guess: you're trying to confirm its authenticity?
If I guessed right - I remember there was some album (?) with Joe Johnston's drawings of the DS surface tiles, he designed the form for the mold IIRC.

I saw the original theatrical release of the Old Trilogy on the big screen and I'm proud of it...
How did I accomplish that (considering my age) is my secret...

Well it's not just so much a question of authenticity (as I am confident of it's origin and provenance) but I am fairly sure I can screen-match the particular surface section I am getting.I can be fairly sure of matching it with that quality pic but a high-def cap of that particular shot above would be great as then i could be 100% sure.A screenused surface section is something I have been after for a while and I am finally getting one.The death star surface sections are one of the classic star wars props that my collcetion as sorely missing.
If anyone could get me a high-def cap of that shot above I would be very grateful!

I am getting the section shown here.As the piece will not be coming for a month or so I cannot post a pic of the section itself as it still belongs to the seller but will post a more detailed pic once I have it in hand:

Stop it, those photos wake up the modeller in me and make me want to build my own Death Star out of Joe's blocks.

Does this tile look similar?

The Deat hStar surface sections were modelled in three different main sizes with the one I will be getting being one of the smallest i.e.3"3".I will be putting up good pics of the section on my site once the piece arrives possibly over the next month (when I get the money).Death Star surface sections have become increasingly hard to find and prices have started to go up on them with a lot of fake pieces on the market so I am very pleased to have gotten this one.The ones in the pic above are not similar to the one I will be getting although I have seen examples of that type of section in other collections.

That's pretty awesome. Imagine painting the ceiling of your bedroom like that.

MeBeJedi: Sadly, I believe the prequels are beyond repair.
JediRandy: They’re certainly beyond any repair you’re capable of making.

MeBeJedi: You aren’t one of us.
Go-Mer-Tonic: I can’t say I find that very disappointing.

JediRandy: I won’t suck as much as a fan edit.
