Is there any fan edit out there where rey doesn’t heal kylo ren. Instead she left him for die because she felt guilty and the vision that ben has with his father is a goodbye for the character of kylo ren. In his last minutes kylo choses to die not as villain, but as a hero and go with his father and mother.
the rest of the film can rearrange. Someone can say in the Resistance Base “Kylo Ren is dead” before they go to Exegol.
And Rey fight with Palpatine alone (and the ghosts of Luke, Anakin, Yoda and Obi).
And most important NO KISS in the finale because kylo is dead
