can this dvd be found anywhere other than buying the ultra expensive version of the book?

Obviously you are not looking for a download of an official DVD that can be obtained legimately, as that would be against the rules of this forum.

im just wondering that since probably only 3-5 people have that ultra-uber version, im surprised it hasnt been made available to the average joe-fan. maybe if they had made it a seperate dvd release by itself, i would have run to the store to purchase it. but unfortunately i dont have a few hundred to spare on a book. thats all im saying. and seeing as tho these forums are filled with ahem releases im just surprised this one hasnt been released.
