There are a few reasons why this might not be as available as many other things:

1. It was broadcast in MPEG-4 AVC
2. It was broadcast as DVBS-2
3. I believe there is only one capture card available that can capture this combination, and it is sold out everywhere.

Aren't HD transmissions encrypted and only decrypted once they reach the TV? Or has that all been hacked like CSS?

I captured this just with my satallite reciever (Dreambox, heavily modded thought)
I only was able to get the end (From the Battle above/of Naboo to the ending credits)
