Handbrake Transcoder not working with Blu Ray

Okay so I ripped a Blu Ray and I transcoded it in Handbrake and I thought it loaded fine but when I clicked on the transcoded video it wouldn't open. Please help.

Not much information here, but one possibility is that you encoded into an .mp4 container without ticking the 'large file size' option (if you don't do this, a useable file will max out at 4GB).
