I give up i tried many times to upload my avatar,and it still say its an unvalid format its a jpg file and is it possible to know what type of jpg does it accept.

The upload feature doesn't work at all. It was encoded to work with the old server that hosted this site. When Jay moved to a new server, he never recoded the avatar upload feature.
