In case no one else knows (or reads the comics), the white Vader is from Return of the Jedi Infinities. I can't remember exactly how it came about, but Anakin turns back to the light, survives, and gets put into a white Vader outfit to make him look like a good guy.

IIRC, the old Mad Magazine spoof of SW had a joke about Vader's suit originally being white before a career in villiany turned it black.

Personally i'd have to go with Darth Vera, but only because of the cig she smokes. The idea of a crispy Anakin with the metal lung smoking, makes me smile...
