I'm actually quite fond of the bizzle. He's like the devil's advocate or the voice of reason. Whenever we get too lost in our own rantings and mob mentality, he beats us over the head with his shovel and brings us back down to planet earth and gives us some perspective and something to think about. And his perspective isn't always different than yours, he just likes to challenge everything, which I find fun. And while Adam can and has been all the things everybody's said before (no need to dig into it), he can also be a very competent poster when he wants to be, and he always stays on top of things with a fiery passion, even though his perspective and and way of expressing it irks me a lot.

I think you are being harsh on The Bizzle and find his posts interesting and is right about not bashing George just for the fun of it, and understands the situation. my problem is with the other fella who on other boards bashes worse than us by calling him Luca$ greedy milking the cash cow and how releasing a boxset and going on a T.V makes him sick in the stomach and how he stoops to a new low when he does these things and now how he compares Speilberg to Lucas for allowing CG to preference over a story on his W.O.T. W review on Amazon but then preaches on here how wonderful Lucas is and can seemingly do no wrong, thats wrong not what The Bizzle is doing

you gotta be kidding me dude. everything this board and site stands for would be null and void if the true trilogy were released tommorow. i would never visit this site again, and i highly doubt anyone else would.

No. People would still come here to preserve other star wars projects, and other films. Plus, it would likely turn into a general discussion site as well.

Nobody would care anymore because if we don't like it, we can watch the originals.

this is what i mean ^. i'm not saying this board would'nt turn into something else, but the majority of people on here wouldnt even care, because the job would be done.

I also come here to bash on the prequels. And I think the O-OT on DVD won't be good enough in about 6 months when next-gen DVD starts to come out. As soon as the SE's are on that, I think the petition will be all about the O-OT on that same new format. And the format after that, for that matter.

Thanks for the support, guys.

But yeah, I wasn't trying to say "You're all hardcore bashers you need a spanking" when I said I didn't believe people would stop complaining, SOLELY for the fact that if the Originals get released on DVD--there's still blu-ray. And if they get released on blu-ray, there's whatever that holographic disc thing is. I'm thinking there will always be a fight to get these things on the best format at the time. AND, I think that's a good thing--I mean, I SIGNED the petition before there was a messageboard here

The badger must stay. 'Nuff said. And I find AWK fairly tolerable these days.

As for complaining, hell, I can see myself still complaining about Lucas' lack of vision in the future, whether I get my OOT from him or not. The fact that we have to specify the Original Original Trilogy is reason enough for me. I will definitely feel less angst towards him, though.
