I think it's in the same documentary. I remember Lucas describing TPM as a "War&Peace" film (lol). The best moment: when Lucas argues "i made More American Graffiti and grossed ten cents".
And one ver interesting moment: just before that, if my memory doesn't fail, Lucas is not convinced with TPM. Rick McCallum argues too exposition on the beggining of the film (!!) Nothing about the things that really sucked. At lest that documentary was true, and very good (the best thing in TPM DVD and PT trilogy DVDs indeed). It's interesting too thar AOTC and overall ROTS had the least amount of extras ever in the trilogy, and everyone seemed unmasked publicity.

"The Beginning" was the best part of any prequel DVD, I agree. I was really disappointed that the other two films didn't continue in that fashion. AotC had "From Puppets to Pixels" and "Films Aren't Released; They Escape", and RotS had "Within a Minute". They were alright, but "The Beginning" was so all-encompassing, like "Empire of Dreams" without the ability to reflect on it.

Things looked far too clean and pristine cgi wise and otherwise in the prequels.
I hope Lucas is bringing back the used universe look. The beat up vehicles, the simpler costumes that look liked they were lived in.
Will we get the canon introduction of the rebellion and the X-wing starfighter, the A-wing ?
Supposedly since there won't be any jedi or sith in this thing, or skywalkers vader or kenobi, what interesting stuff is there to tell in the form of stories. They will be just bounty hunter and rebel stories possibly. Or maybe stormtrooper stories from the empires perspective that would be interesting, but probably too risky for lucas to try.
I thought it would be interesting to see Vader hunt down the remaining jedi, and see Kenobi watch over luke on tatooine and protect him from the distance, and also how he helps keep the location of the twins a secret including leia. But we never got to see kenobi as a general who served bail organa during the clone wars.
